This afternoon I walked round Teesside Retail Park near Middlesbrough and shot a monochrome photoset to emphasise the homogeneity of these corporate and soulless places. The ‘park’ was thronging with people, but I’ve deliberately left them out for artistic effect. I’m sure you can imagine some of the funny looks and comments directed at me while taking these photos!
